Who is Md Zakirul Mazed Konok?

Md. Zakirul Mazed Konok (ABPS) is widely regarded as one of Bangladesh’s foremost travel and documentary photographers. His lens is dedicated to telling human stories — with a deep focus on people, street life, children, and nature. Much of his work highlights individuals and communities living on the margins of society across the globe.

Over the years, his photographs have been published in more than 50 international media outlets and exhibited at prestigious galleries and photo festivals across Asia, Europe, Japan, and the United States. He is also a regular contributor to Alamy and Solent Photo Agency, and since 2002 has been working as a full-time professional photographer. His artistry and dedication have earned him over 200 international photography awards, a testament to his exceptional eye and storytelling ability.
